Hello, everyone, my name is Kathleen Sharp and I started with the Women’s Real Estate Investors Network Mentorship program back in August of 2020. There was a little gap in my time frame as I am in the military and I went on deployment. I was able to secure my first wholesale deal making $20,000 using everything that I learned in this phenomenal $17 program. The week-long training was awesome, which led me to sign up for the Mentorship. Being a part of the Women’s REIN on Facebook provides many mentoring opportunities.

I have also just done my first deal with loaning money to build a fourplex in Fort Worth, Texas. I am really excited about everything that I’ve learned and everything that was offered through this Mentorship. It seemed like a lot but I was really excited and just said: “Let’s go for it!”

Now that I’m back from my deployment, I’m ready to hit the ground running and excited about what the future holds for myself and my partners on this Real Estate Investment journey.
