This is Kenra. I wanted to tell you that being a part of this program has totally changed my life in such a way that I never thought possible. I was used to working with investors but never thought about stepping out on my own like this. I had one investment property, actually two, over the last several years, but stepping out like this is huge!

In just a few days, my start-up, Indiana Homes by Design, will have an official office space, so I am quitting my job at the bank. I’m taking a huge leap, especially with almost 27 years in mortgage banking. I’ll still do some, but not like I am now. I will be making this work for me, building my future, and I’m so looking forward to it.

I hope that we can connect. Thank you so much for all that you’ve done. The girls and the camaraderie have just been awesome. I couldn’t have done it without any of you.
